Two scopes at diagnostic imaging centres in Jacksonville, one week each. Inside: the whole floor replaced while patients, staff and imaging equipment stayed in the building every day, phased zone by zone around the appointment book, each zone cleaned and handed back before the next one opened. Outside: stucco prepared and patched, joints and penetrations sealed, then canopy, soffits, doors and elevations painted in a sequence that always left the entrance and the patient parking usable.
Both were occupied-facility jobs, which is the work this company is set up for. Our project direction is ASHE ICRA 2.0 Qualified and we are prepared for ICRA-compliant environments. We have not delivered hospital projects as a direct contractor, and we do not describe ourselves as a firm that has.
Jacksonville is a two-and-a-half hour drive from the office, so it is not covered the way the home counties are. Travel is quoted into the job, plainly, at the estimate. We have never refused a Florida address for being far; we have just never pretended the distance was free.
