CHALLENGE
A new-build home on Florida sand, where nothing gets covered until the stage underneath it has passed inspection.
SOLUTION
Perimeter sediment control before the first bucket of soil moved. Pad excavated, footings laid out and trenched to line, reinforcing steel tied in place and left open for the inspection, and the pour scheduled straight off it. Columns formed and cast, slab poured and finished, block walls laid to the opening layout, and the tie beam formed and shored ready for concrete.
RESULT
Foundation, slab, block walls and tie beam delivered as one continuous sequence, with the structure standing and ready for the trades that follow.
