Ninety of our hundred and fifty projects. Owners and property managers across Central Florida, on the same supervision as the commercial work — which mostly means the job is scheduled, documented and cleaned like a commercial job, because that is the habit.
On a house, the difference between a good contractor and a bad one is rarely the finished photograph. It is whether the crew showed up on the days they said, and whether the place was liveable in between.
- Interior and exterior painting
- Tile and flooring installation
- Bathroom renovations
- Bathtub, shower base and surround resurfacing
- Kitchen remodels, cabinetry and countertops
- Drywall repairs and finishes
- Glass shower door installation
- Room additions and structural alterations to a home
- Work we would have to subcontract entirely and only mark up
Protect what stays
Floors, fixtures and furniture covered before a tool comes out. On an occupied house the dust is the complaint, not the noise.
Sequence so the house still works
One bathroom at a time where there are two. The kitchen sequenced so there is a working sink for as much of it as possible.
Set the standard at the substrate
Tile flat to tolerance before the first notch, wet areas waterproofed and flood-tested, drywall finished to the level the paint needs. What is underneath decides what you see.
Clean daily, not at the end
The site gets cleaned every day it is worked. It is the cheapest thing a contractor can do and the one most often skipped.
Material lead times
Tile, cabinetry and stone are the long poles. Selections made late move the finish date one for one.
Cure times
Mortar, grout, coatings and sealers each have their own, and they are not negotiable against a calendar.
Whether you are living in it
A house being lived in runs slower by design, and that is the right trade.
- Photos of the rooms, and of anything already failing
- Rough dimensions, even paced out
- Your selections if you have made them, or tell us you have not — that changes the schedule, not the welcome
- The dates that matter to you: a trip, a birth, a sale
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes. Active-duty service members and veterans get a discount on our work. Mention it when you ask for the estimate and it is applied to the quote.
What if something fails after you finish?
Our work carries a one-year limited workmanship warranty: if something we installed fails because of the way we installed it, we come back and fix it. Materials keep their manufacturers’ own warranties, which are usually longer. It has exclusions, and they are the usual ones — misuse, accidents, storms, settlement, missed maintenance, and work done by someone else after we hand over. On commercial and occupied-facility scopes the warranty is the one written into the contract.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. Service in English, Spanish and Portuguese, in the field and in the paperwork.
